About Capitol Hill HOA Management

Capitol Hill Management Company was founded in 2007 as an intimate HOA Management company for the Capitol Hill, Congress Park, Washington Park, Five Points and Downtown neighborhoods. It was founded under the belief that even small associations deserve quality management at affordable prices.

Our services include:

The services listed above are included in the monthly management fees. The only additional charges to associations are pass-through charges which include; postage, copies, and other expenses management pays directly for the association. If extraordinary charges are to be billed by management, the Board will be consulted first.

The monthly management fee is determined by the size of the association and their needs.

There is a one time, initial set up charge of $30.00/hour. The amount of time for set up is determined by the size of the association. The set up includes; owner accounts, accounts payable and receivable, vendor contact changes, introduction letter and payment coupons to all owners.

Services for individual owners will be charged to those owners requiring the services.
During a sale or refinance, these charges for services are: $200.00 per condominium questionnaire, $200.00 per status letter (an additional $100.00 for a rush status letter fee) and $200.00 for transfer of property.

Condo. Questionnaires will be released upon receipt of the questionnaire fee.

All other individual services will be billed to the owners at a rate of $50.00 per hour
